A perfect neighbourhood restaurant which served our favourite meal in Paris! Food was sensational and can see why it is in the Michelin Guide! Located in quaint area and cute setting. Great wine which they also sell to takeaway. Service was excellent and hope to be back in the future!

We came here for a little work event. The place is lovely, not pretentious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. It was a big group of 10 people and it felt somewhat tight at the big table at the back but we were happy to experience the food. High quality, delicious, generous and creative is how all of us would describe this gastronomic experience. For 45 euros you can have a wonderful 3 course meal. We all left full and happy we chose Bistrotters for our last meal in Paris!

Excellent food and wine. All I would say is the service was a little serly and this could be improved. Also to add to the atmosphere either all the lights on the tables should be on or switch to candles. I guarantee this will improve the atmosphere and get more customers in from the street.

Nestled in the heart of Paris’ 14th arrondissement, Bistrotters is a French restaurant that masterfully blends tradition with innovation. Situated at 9 Rue Decres, this charming spot invites both locals and travelers to embark on a culinary journey that celebrates France’s rich bistro heritage with a modern twist.

The menu at Bistrotters reads like a love letter to refined flavors and inventive pairings. Standouts include the Crispy Pork Belly with Baby Potatoes, Fennel and Cider—a harmonious balance of succulent, crackling pork and tender, earthy potatoes enriched by the subtle anise notes of fennel and the crisp acidity of cider. For those with a penchant for delicate seafood, the Smoked Mackerel with Kefir, Red Cabbage, and Seaweed Rye Bread offers a complex texture and flavor profile, marrying smokiness with the brightness of fermented kefir and the umami of seaweed. On the heartier side, the Limousin Veal Grenobloise with French Fries showcases tender veal in a classic brown butter, caper, and lemon sauce, finished with crisp fries that provide a satisfying contrast.

Desserts here are not to be overlooked. The French Toast of Brioche with Salted Butter Caramel Sauce and Crispy Chocolate is a sublime finale, its richness perfectly balanced by the crunch and buttery notes. Each dish demonstrates a chef’s artistry and dedication to sourcing high-quality ingredients, transforming simple components into evocative plates that linger in memory.

Personal impressions echo the enthusiasm of delighted guests. The atmosphere is inviting rather than pretentious, creating a perfect backdrop for both intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings. The attentive staff ensures a seamless experience, while the curated wine list enhances every bite with impeccable pairings. Whether savoring the Razor Clam Tartare with Chorizo or the intriguing Carpaccio Di Cinghiale, diners are treated to a narrative of French gastronomy told through bold creativity and respect for tradition.

Bistrotters is more than a neighborhood restaurant—it feels like a hidden gem worthy of its Michelin Guide nod. For anyone seeking a culinary experience where flavor depth meets vibrant presentation and heartfelt service, Bistrotters stands out as a destination in Paris to savor, celebrate, and return to. Truly, this is the kind of place that compels you to book your next flight just to dine again.
